So what will be your job functions? 1.-This position requires you to sell our various products and services but right now our focus is insurance and loan products. But we also have other products like travel, health and beauty products. - This is a freelance position but we will be monitoring your performance. Also, this is commission-based, no fixed salary, but for highly-performing associates, we will elevate them to a "fixed-allowance" arrangement as early as 1 month depending on his/her performance. -We are looking for SALES-ORIENTED individuals - those who are willing to build a career in SALES. 2. You will be posting our products or services (Insurance, Loans, Travel, Health and Beauty products, etc.) you need to share it to various Facebook Groups. For you to be successful in this position, you must be willing to do selling functions which may online selling, online posting via social media and the likes. 3. You will also coordinate with our various departments to address the needs of our clients. So you must be a good coordinator with effective communications skills. Even if this is an online position, you must also be sociable and should be ready to chat with other people with ease. 4. You will also get commission for every completed sales or transactions. 5. More tasks will be added and these tasks have equivalent payment schemes and income opportunities for you. 6. Though commission income varies depending on the product. Average commission is between 20% to 30%. 7. We also provide incentives and performance-based allowance, but 99% of your income will be based on your commission. OneNetworx has other products that you can also sell during your spare-time or outside of your schedule which will mean MORE income opportunities for you. This is also a freelance and home-based position. You can work with other non-competing companies while connected with OneNetworx. You are not required to report to our physical office. As mentioned in our job post, all applicants are required to have a computer, an internet connection, and a Facebook account. But don't worry, we will not use your personal FB account for this position. You must also know how to use CANVA (this is a deal breaker). We will not hire applicants who do not know how to use CANVA. Again, this is a COMMISSION-BASED Position, no sales no income.
