Sales Recruiter - Novaliches

Job Title: Recruitment Officer – Sales Agents & Associates Location: Caloocan, Novaliches Overview We are looking for a Recruitment Officer who will take full ownership of sourcing, onboarding, and supporting Sales Agents and Sales Associates. This role is responsible not only for hiring but also for ensuring new recruits are properly trained, deployed, and equipped to perform. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Sourcing - Identify, attract, and recruit qualified Sales Agents and Sales Associates - Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, field sourcing) - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess sales potential and fit - Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates 2. Selection & Onboarding - End-to-end management of the hiring process - Coordinate requirements, documentation, and onboarding steps - Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new hires 3. Training Coordination & Supervision - Oversee and monitor completion of online training programs - Ensure recruits understand products, sales processes, and compliance requirements - Track progress and follow up on training completion 4. Deployment & Activation - Facilitate deployment of newly trained agents and associates into the field - Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper assignment and integration - Ensure new hires are activated and ready to generate business 5. Ongoing Support & Retention - Provide continuous support to new recruits during their early stages - Address onboarding or performance challenges - Help improve retention through engagement and follow-ups 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking - Track recruitment metrics (number of hires, activation rate, retention) - Maintain organized records of candidates and hires - Provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline and outcomes Qualifications - Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or insurance - Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes a successful agent - Experience in handling onboarding and training coordination is an advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities - Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership What Success Looks Like in This Role - Consistent hiring of quality sales agents and associates - High training completion and activation rates - Strong retention of newly recruited hires - Reliable and scalable recruitment pipeline How to Apply Send your CV to: careers@onenetworx.net Subject Line: Recruitment Officer Application
