Be part of the engine that keeps OneNetworx running smoothly. You'll support day-to-day platform operations, member onboarding, and quality assurance to ensure our members get the best experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in member onboarding and verification
- Monitor platform activity and flag issues
- Coordinate with support and tech teams
- Maintain internal operations documentation
- Handle member inquiries via email and chat
Requirements
- 1+ year operations or admin experience
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
