Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Support HR policies and compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years HR or recruitment experience
- Familiarity with Philippine labor law
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with ATS platforms
